What type of patients do you like to treat at FitRight HQ and what days do you work?

I work in both fields of Musculoskeletal and pelvic health and enjoy treating women for both areas. I particularly enjoy treating women on their pregnant and postnatal journey. Whether it be helping them to exercise safely, managing their pelvic girdle pain or helping with any pelvic health issues such as incontinence or prolapse I enjoy it all!

I work at FitRight HQ on Wednesdays, Fridays and every second Saturday morning.

What has your journey as a Physiotherapist looked like so far?

Since completing a Physiotherapy degree at Curtin University I have been working in private practice, treating all type of musculoskeletal and sporting injuries as well as teaching clinical pilates.

I grew up playing many different sports myself and thus have a strong interest in sports injury management. I’ve worked with sporting teams such as the AFLW Fremantle Dockers and was the Physiotherapist for the South Fremantle Women’s
team for the WAFL for three years.

As well as musculoskeletal and sports physiotherapy I also have a strong passion for women’s health which lead me to begin a masters in Pelvic Health and Continence. I enjoy empowering women to live healthier and more active lives ensuring they achieve their goals.
