Pregnancy Exercise Classes

All of the FitRight Pregnancy exercise classes are suitable from 12 weeks gestation until the day you give birth.

Exercise modification will be provided as needed for any injuries, or common pregnancy concerns such as pelvic girdle pain, back pain and wrist pain.
