What type of patients do you like to treat at FitRight HQ?

I enjoy supporting women throughout all stages of life, including women on their pregnancy and postnatal journeys, as well as their menopausal journey. I want my clients to feel heard, informed and to feel empowered to reach their health and fitness goals at any age.

My special interest lies in treating urinary incontinence, overactive bladder and prolapse.

What days do you work at FitRight HQ?

I see patients at FitRight HQ on Monday and Tuesday afternoons and teach Baby&Me on Tuesday mornings.

What has your journey as a Physiotherapist looked like so far?

I have 17 years of experience working as a Physiotherapist in the Public and Private health settings in the UK, New Zealand and Australia. I am passionate about Women’s Health and commenced specialising in this field after my Son was born in 2019, and am near completion of my Masters in Pelvic Health and Incontinence, at Curtin University.

What do you love most about working with FitRight?

I love to keep up to date with the latest evidence based research and apply it to my practice at FitRight. I am lucky to work with a great team with the same evidence based focus and passion. I love working in a Women’s Health specialist clinic, as it really is a one stop shop for Women’s Health!
