What type of patients do you like to treat at FitRight HQ?

I work in pelvic health and enjoy supporting women throughout all stages of life, including women on their pregnancy and postnatal journeys as well as the menopausal journey. I love to support women to feel empowered to achieve their health and fitness goals and feel confident in their body to meet the physical demands of daily life, at any age.

My special interest lies in treating urinary incontinence and prolapse.

What days do you work at FitRight HQ?

I see patients at FitRight HQ on Monday and Tuesday afternoons and teach Baby&Me on Thursdays at Ardross.

What has your journey as a Physiotherapist looked like so far?

I completed my Physiotherapy degree in the UK and then spent 6 years working in the hospital setting in the UK and New Zealand before settling in Perth. I spent the few years prior to becoming a Mother specialising in neurological and aged care rehabilitation. Since having my Son in 2019, I started working in the area of women’s health including teaching FitRight classes and commenced my postgraduate study in Pelvic Health and Continence.

What do you love most about working with FitRight?

I love working in an environment where I can help women to live the quality of life that they desire by helping them address their pelvic health issues. I also love how supportive and passionate the FitRight team are.
