Women's Health Dietitian
Our in-house Dietitian provides evidence-based, compassionate support to help women better understand their bodies, optimise their gut health, and navigate different stages of their life with confidence.
Women's Health Dietitian Applecross
Maddi is an experienced accredited practising Dietitian. Having worked extensively in acute and clinical settings, she witnessed firsthand how often women's concerns - particularly around gut health, hormonal changes and the impact nutrition can have - were overlooked or minimised. This experience fuelled her move into preventative and women-centred nutrition care. Maddi now focuses on bridging that gap by providing evidence-based, compassionate support to help women better understand their bodies, optimise their gut health, and navigate different stages of their life with confidence.
She is passionate about translating the latest science into practical, realistic strategies to empower each person. Maddi is available at our Applecross clinic or online via telehealth.

Our Dietitian can see you in Applecross or Online
Applecross Clinic
Prefer to sit down face-to-face? At our Applecross clinic, you'll meet Maddi in person for a consult that goes well beyond a generic meal plan. She'll listen to your full picture - your history, your goals, your life stage - before mapping out strategies that actually fit your world, not just your fridge.
Online Telehealth
Can't make it into clinic, or just prefer to chat from home? Telehealth gives you the same depth of care as an in-person consult, wherever you're calling in from. Maddi will work through your history and goals over video, then build a plan that's realistic for your routine. Perfect if you're chasing little ones, juggling work, or just don't have a spare hour to travel.
What to Expect in your First Appointment
Your first session with Maddi isn't just a food diary review - it's time to properly talk through what's going on.
You'll talk through your health history, current symptoms, and what matters most to you right now.
Maddi will ask about your gut health, hormones, and how nutrition fits into your day to day life.
Together, you'll map out a plan that's realistic for you.
You'll leave with clear next steps, and the option of follow-up support to keep you on track.
