Clinical Exercise Classes

Clinical exercise classes are a fantastic place to begin as they provide a safe and effective platform to launch you towards feeling and performing as your best self. Within our FitRight HQ clinic, we have a cosy exercise space with a pilates reformer, wunda chair and other state of the art equipment.

We offer individual sessions, duets and small group sessions (including ‘Bring your Baby’ classes) to women at any stage of life.

Who would these classes be ideal for:

  • Anyone needing a regular stretch and wanting to improve their core strength, posture and ability to do the things they love

     

  • Anyone keen to exercise but feeling like they would suit individual programming and supervision rather than a large fitness class

     

  • Anyone wanting to manage their aches, pains or pelvic floor issues in a holistic way, rather than one-off physio consults

  • Anyone wanting to be challenged in a safe and supervised environment

     

Please note that an initial assessment with a physiotherapist is pre-requisite.

During your Initial Assessment your physio will recommend the best exercise pathway for you

Attend individual, duet or semi private clinical exercise classes. These can be booked at FitRight HQ or below.
