What type of patients do you like to treat at FitRight HQ?

I work in both fields of musculoskeletal and pelvic health, and love to empower people as they become more active in their lives. I love to assist people from all walks of life by helping to connect the puzzle pieces back together as they rebuild after injury, childbirth or just wanting to optimise their health.

My special interest lies in treating complex back, pelvic and neck pain and I like to work holistically by optimising movement, sleep, basic nutrition and well-being to enable a person to navigate through these issues.

What days do you work at FitRight HQ?

I see patients at FitRight HQ on Monday and Wednesday mornings.

What has your journey as a Physiotherapist looked like so far?

After completing my original Bachelor of Physiotherapy at Notre Dame University in 2007, I have completed post graduate studies in Manual therapy and more recently I have been completing my Masters in Pelvic Health and Continence at Curtin University. I have previously worked in private practice in Perth, Sydney and in the hospital setting in New South Wales. I have also lived and worked in Holland.

I have completed a graduate diploma with Polestar pilates, am a qualified yoga instructor and have done training certifications in TRX, Kinetic Link strength training and dry needling. As you can see, I love to learn!

What do you love most about working with FitRight?

My favourite thing about working with FitRight is to be able to empower women to become more active in their lives, in a welcoming and fun environment. I also love working with the FitRight team as they were part of my inspiration as I embarked on my Masters in Pelvic Health and I also participated in FitRight classes before and after having two children.
