Cancellation Policy
We understand that we live busy and often unpredictable lives, however at FitRight HQ we require 24 hours notice for any Physiotherapy, GP, Dietitian or Clinical Exercise appointment cancellation.
Appointments (GP, Physio, Dietitian, Individual Exercise Sessions) - a late cancellation fee of $50 will apply for non attendance or cancellation within 24 hours. This fee will be invoiced to you on the day.
The 24-hour window is calculated by exact clock time, including weekends and public holidays. For example, a Monday 9am appointment needs to be cancelled by Sunday 9am, even though our clinic is closed that day. Late cancellations can be made by phone, email, or by replying to your confirmation/reminder email at any time - including outside reception hours.
Clinical Exercise Classes - Cancellations made within 24 hours of your scheduled class will be charged the full class fee, deducted from your class pack or charged at the casual rate if no pack is held.
If you do need to cancel your appointment, you can do so via your confirmation/reminder email or by calling or emailing us. Thank you for understanding that our time is valuable.
Clinical Exercise Class & Individual Packs
Classes
We offer clinical exercise classes in packs of 5, 10 or 20 at a discounted rate. Weekly receipts (or after each class) are available on request, otherwise you will receive your receipt at the end of your pack. You will need to take this receipt to your private health fund to claim your rebate.
Clinical exercise class packs are non refundable.
The following expiry periods apply: 5 pack (3 months), 10 pack (6 months), 20 pack (1 year).
Individual Sessions
We offer individual exercise sessions in packs of 5 or 20 at a discounted rate. Weekly receipts are available on request, otherwise you will receive your receipt at the end of your pack. You will need to take this receipt to your private health fund to claim your rebate.

Late Arrival
If you arrive late to your appointment, we will see you for the remaining time only. The full consultation fee still applies, as this time has been held for you.

Refunds/Cancellations
Please note that we do not offer ‘change of mind’ refunds for our exercise classes.
In exceptional circumstances (eg medical reasons), a refund or the option to hold credit for a later date may be offered. Should this occur, a letter from your health professional will be requested.
FitRight requires a minimum of 2 working days notice to transfer to another course if you cannot attend. Any transfer/cancellation requests must be forwarded in writing via email to hello@fitright.au.
Course transfers or refunds are at the discretion of FitRight management and are final.
Discounts
Early Bird Discount on courses are available only while visible on our website. Once they have been removed from the website the early bird discount will not be applied.
When you purchase a class pack with a discount (such as the early bird special), this discounted amount will come off your last class. For example - Baby&Me classes are $37 each ($296 for 8 weeks course). You purchased an 8 week course with the early bird discount bringing it to $272. On your statement at the end of the course you will see 7 classes for $37 and 1 class for $13.
Those who sign up for 2 class courses in 1 course, are eligible for $48 discount ($24 off each course). This is only available for these who sign up for 2 full class courses in the same block of classes i.e. Baby&Me on Mondays and Baby&Me on Thursdays. Please email hello@fitright.au once you have booked both classes. If you paid for your classes online, you will be refunded through Stripe. If you paid for your classes at the clinic, over the phone or via bank transfer will will ask for your bank details to send the refund to if necessary.
With the exception of the early bird discount and the 2nd class discount, only 1 discount will be applied per course.
Class and Course Cancellations by FitRight
We make every effort to ensure all Studio and Circuit classes aren’t affected, however in certain circumstances, classes may be cancelled (i.e. due to instructor sickness/uncovered leave/pandemics). When this occurs, you will be notified as soon as possible, and offered either an online/recorded video alternative, or a course or class transfer equal to the cost of this class or course. All refunds and transfers offered are at the discretion of FitRight and can be withdrawn or modified at any time.
In the unlikely event that classes are cancelled due to low participant numbers, a refund or option to transfer to an alternate date will be offered.
Make up Classes
FitRight offers participants 1 make up class per 8 week course. Please notify us BEFORE your class if you wish to apply a make up class. If you do not let us know before your class, then the class will be forfeited. Make up classes are subject to availability and must be completed within the current 8 week course block.
Make up classed must be booked in by contacting hello@fitright.au or 6444 7994 . Once you have organised a suitable alternative make up class this cannot be changed, if you are unable to make this class it will be forfeited. We also send out a weekly email to you with some online alternatives for workouts if you miss a week.
Should you be aware of any dates that you’re unable to attend (eg holidays) PRIOR to enrolling in your chosen class course, please notify us and we will try to arrange make up classes. Please contact hello@fitright.au to discuss further.

TENS Hire
TENS machine hirs has a minimum hire fee of $40 for a 4-week hire period. Additional weeks are charged at $10/week. Electrodes are an additional $30 and are yours to keep.
There are no refunds for machines that are returned before the due date.
